Supply Chain Administrator (FMCG / Retail)- £20,000 - £23,000 - Worcestershire

Supply Chain Administrator working within a leading manufacturing business, managing an extensive product portfolio, supporting a major customer channel.

As Supply Chain Administrator, your duties will include:

To manage a pre-determined portfolio of customers, both onboarding new customers as well as existing accounts

Completing all supply chain administration using designated systems

Managing orders to conclusion and overseeing order processing

Key contact for both internal and external customers

Prepare customer quotes within strict timescales as well as deal with price enquiries

To achieve team monthly product availability KPIs as well as order fulfilment and profit targets;

Reporting into the Customer Supply Chain Manager as well as communicating with Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance & Purchasing teams

Increase customer satisfaction as part of a collaborative team

Create a world class experience for our customers

Identify problems in advance and be proactive in helping to solve

Daily us of in-house operating system as well as Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.

Manage data for any price changes

To understand the companys goals and strategy, and work in full accordance with official policies and processes

To adopt a positive and pro-active style of work and to lead by example in any given

It is expected that successful candidates will have the following:

Previous experience of working within a supply chain or logistics or demand planning or manufacturing administration type role. Candidates that have dealt with internal or external customers will be at a distinct advantage.

Experience of working within a fast paced role, managing customer communication via phone and email.

Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel (in particular required)

Team player;

Flexible approach and ability to demonstrate initiative;

Attention to detail with the ability to work within a data and process driven environment;
