Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Coordinator to join their Refining Team based in Hockley, Birmingham.

The main purpose of the Coordinator role will be providing an efficient, courteous and professional service to all customers.

As the Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following: -

Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

- Serving Customers (at Sales Counter & on Telephone)
- Invoicing
- Booking in jobs
- Entering jobs onto CRM
- Follow up Customer Service calls
- Complaint handling
- Liaising with internal and external customers
- Pro-actively chasing lapsed customer accounts

Coordinator Candidate Requirements:

- IT literate (Office)
- An understanding of and proven track record in the ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ability to work accurately with meticulous attention to detail, whilst being methodical and thorough in approach to work.
- Excellent communication, numeracy and organisational skills.
- Good team player with enthusiasm, drive, self-motivation and a flexible attitude.
- A hands-on with a can-do attitude
- Confidential and discrete in all aspects of work and information handled in the course of their duties
