Full training provided - entry level candidate welcome

Customer Service - Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday 8am-7pm on a rota. 1 Saturday every 4 weeks 8:30am to 13:00

Customer Service - Job Description:

As a Collections Agent you will be able to provide an excellent standard of customer service to our customers, quickly building rapport and supporting them to find the right solution for their circumstances.

Taking inbound and making outbound calls you will use questioning skills and people management skills to assess their situation, offer empathetic responses and bring the case to a resolution that satisfies both the customer and client alike.

Customer Service Hours of work:

  • Shift rotation between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday
  • 8.30am-1pm on a Saturday
