We are looking for flexible candidates who can work full time hours in shifts scheduled between 17:30-07:30 weekdays and 24 hrs over weekends plus bank holidays. Ideal candidates will have a long term commitment with outstanding telephone skills and a readiness to cover shifts at short notice. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 6 months call centre experience, knowledge of Microsoft outlook and excel, as well as exceptional communication skills and a willingness to absorb new skills.

Responsibilities:

- Working within a team to providing OOH support to care workers, service users and industrial clients
- Ensuring details of all events during shifts are accurately logged into correct systems and documented on any other required programs
- Ensuring that relevant team leaders and on-call consultants are made aware of any failures for shifts to be covered as a result of an event during working hours

Requirements:

Working in this fast-paced role, hard work, determination and providing exceptional customer service is a must. A minimum of six months call centre or customer service experience is preferred to enable you to deliver our service to a high standard; you will need the following:

- A professional, can-do attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with clients
- Confident use of a keyboard with effective and concise writing skills, with particular attention to detail
- Ability to take instruction, work efficiently and follow procedures
- Committed to working shifts long term
- Ability to work on your own as well as part of a team
- Good people management skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and plan ahead
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with highly sensitive and confidential information
- A full driving licence, valid to drive in the UK with access to your own transport is preferred
