FEV is a leading development service provider in the area of combustion in motor vehicles. Each day, over 3,300 employees worldwide are developing top-level technologies and innovations for all of the world's major vehicle manufacturers and suppliers. Due to significant growth FEV UK now has an opportunity for a strong, versatile prototype technician to support multiple vehicle and powertrain based tasks. These tasks will require flexibility and the ability to adapt to ever changing priorities both working in the West Midlands and on test trips across Europe.

Due to our growth with both new and existing projects the Human Resources and In-house recruitment function now demands additional support.

Key Tasks

- Drafting and issuing formal letters to employees, ensuring process and legal compliance is adhered to.
- Arranging and coordinating interviews internally and with external suppliers.
- Drafting contracts of employment and offer letters in preparation for signature and issue.
- Formalizing meeting minutes.
- Support HR manager with recruitment drives: advertising, search and selection and candidate pre-screening.
- Employee file audits.
- Monthly reporting.
- Provide some local secretarial support to MD.

Experience Required

- Administration support within a Human Resources department.
- Recruitment and selection processes.
- Stakeholder management.

Additional Skills

- Advanced level of Microsoft packages; word, excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Solutions and efficiency focused mindset.
