Telesales Consultant / Account Manager (outbound) - Non cold calling
An opportunity exists within a very large and prestigious organisation in Birmingham for a Telesales Consultant within my clients Sales and Customer Support team.

Are you able to establish customer needs and provide advice that results in a "win, win" for everyone?
You will be at the forefront of maximising sales through every contact. As part of a multi skilled team, you will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls from a captive list of existing and current customers and selling further value added solutions to them and also working through any other sales channel that our customers use.
Products that you sell will range diversely and so the ability to absorb product information is key.
The list of what we sell is expanding and you could be part of this exciting journey to grow our business for the future.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contact Centre/telephony experience preferential
Technically able to utilise a variety of computer systems and processes to effectively achieve objectives
Ideally 2 years in a sales and service environment
Ability to interact with others, having good social skills - able to influence and negotiate
Can work in a fast pace, high pressure, target driven sales environment
Communicates effectively at all levels; face to face, telephone and for written correspondence, with external and internal customers, builds rapport, flexing style as required
Has a passion for selling and customer service
Has a "can do" attitude, is able to challenge the status quo and has a willingness to embrace change
Has an eye for detail whilst maintaining focus on delivering results
Team player with the ability to share knowledge and information and work collaboratively at all levels across the organisation
