We are currently seeking to employ a driven, enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Application Support Consultant.

We are a software house dedicated to providing industry leading dealer management solutions to car dealerships across the UK.

Our system is inclusive of all business needs within a dealership and provides solutions from the showroom floor to the service department - we are currently looking for someone to provide support for the accountancy modules as well as sales and CRM. With this in mind a candidate with background knowledge in accountancy, admin, invoice and credits processing or any area of finance would be highly desirable.

As an Application Support Consultant you will be expected to undertake the following Key Tasks;

- Taking inbound calls, emails and instant messages from users of the software with queries and issues regarding the system. These will range from simple how-to questions to more complex in-depth issues.
- Trouble shooting existing cases to find root causes for software errors and getting these resolved in a timely manner
- Ensure all callers are dealt with swiftly and effectively with an emphasis on great customer service.
- Attend training seminars and produce training material as your knowledge of the system grows. This includes participation in the Pinewood Academy which includes incremental salary rewards as you progress.

Salary + Benefits

Starting salary between £16k to £20k to be negotiated on experience.

All support consultants will take part in our internal training academy which will allow for self-propelled increase in salary as you progress - each of the 8 stages includes incremental salary increase up to £32K at final stage.

Hours of work

37.5 hours per weeks on a three shift rota (7am - 3.30pm, 9am - 5.30pm and 10.30am to 7pm). Some occasional weekend and bank holiday work is expected.

Location

This role is based in Birmingham Business Park, commutable from Sutton Coldfield, Solihull, Coventry, Warwick, Castle Bromwich, Marston Green, Nuneaton, Warwickshire and the West Midlands. With excellent public transport links to all areas from Birmingham International train station.
