We have a vacancy for a Junior Sous Chef/ Sous Chef to work and learn in a family run riverside pub with bedrooms and excellent reputation for quality fresh food.

You will work alongside executive Chef and Head Chef working with fresh and seasonal produce using traditional cooking techniques.

Make breads, pastries, preserves and learning the preparation and use of Game.

Everything we serve is made from the basic ingredients, either home grown in our Kitchen Garden or Locally sourced.

We are an award winning pub, focusing on innovative menus.

We are looking for someone to move forward with us to gain more awards with a sustainable ethos.

Accommodation is available.
