Our client is a leading contractor operating within the Reactive / Response Maintenance and Social Housing (Decent Homes) markets.They are currently recruiting an Install Manager to manage and assist planned and reactive maintenance (gas works) across the Birmingham area.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the purpose of the Install Manager is to ensure the management of all operatives and sub-contracted labour within the agreed project areas is controlled and in line with all company HS&E policies and current legislative requirements.
We are looking for somebody who has experience in Social Housing and knowledge of responsive repairs and maintenance industry best practices. You will understand the Health & Safety management implications of delivering the services and understand how to measure and improve productivity. The successful candidate will hold domestic Gas Safe certs, and will be commercially aware with operational management skills. For this role, you will need good IT skills, communication skills, leadership skills, be ambitious and results driven, and be able to build and manage a team.
