Site Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager or a highly experienced Supervisor who is ready to progress their career forward. The role is with a multi utility contractor working with a range of housing developments to get their new homes all set up and connected.

This is a home based role that offers lots of variety, you'll be covering multiple developer sites at various stages of development and construction in the West Midlands, Stoke, Worcester & Gloucester areas.

Reporting to the Regional Manager who oversees 300 projects, you will be expected to look after between 8 - 10 live projects on a weekly basis with anywhere from 50-80 projects under your responsibility so organisational skills are key!

In return they offer an annual salary of £40,000 and a company car.

Key Accountabilities:

Site meetings, site audits and checks, resolution of issues on site.

Engaging with 3rd parties i.e. highways, developers, local authorities etc.

You will be responsible for the delivery of the utilities install from site to site, overseeing things as a whole on each project. You will not be responsible for site staff, resources or materials.

Experience Required:

You must have experience dealing with water developer services & installation, additional
knowledge of gas and electricity would be highly beneficial.

You must have experience of dealing with new connections and developer contact.
