Purchase Ledger Clerk
Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a long term temporary assignment working for a well established business based on the outskirts of Birmingham with a view to start immediately. You will be responsible for processing up to 1000 invoices on a monthly basis from start to finish; your daily duties will include matching batching and coding invoices, processing payments by BACs and cheque, reconciling supplier statements, processing employee expenses, resolving queries and assisting with month end.
My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk who is able to join the team and hit the ground running. You must have excellent communication skills, be able to work under minimal supervision and have experience working with a computerised accounting system and Microsoft Excel.
