Clinical Support Manager - Negative Pressure Wound Therapy, Wound Management, Wound Care.

The Clinical Support Manager will work closely with the Territory Manager on patch to ensure the required training and support is delivered to accounts and through clinical education deliver additional sales.

Central - Midlands. Leicester, Derby, Birmingham, Lincoln, Sheffield, Nottingham, Stoke on Trent

Package -
Basic salary £30-35k / £Bonus / Excellent package including car and industry leading corporate benefits.

Role -
The Clinical Support Manager will work closely with Hospital and Community Accounts to provide training and education into the best clinical practice around a cutting edge of Negative Pressure Wound Therapy devices. They will also have commercial focus on increasing sales within hospitals through their strong relationship with clinical professionals. The product portfolio includes well established "legacy" products and "cutting edge" medical solutions within Negative Pressure Wound Therapy. The portfolio has applications throughout the hospital - from Operating Theatre (Surgical) to various wards and outpatient settings. In addition the role will see the appointed person lead the integration process between Acute and CCG to ensure continuity of best product practice from patient discharge. The role involves clinical management of Capital Products within the hospital and on-going education and promotion of disposable elements throughout the region. While this is certainly a clinical role the position demands individuals who can look at selling and promoting the consumable elements of the portfolio on an on-going basis. Contacts within the hospital accounts will range from Nursing Leads, Surgeons and Department Manager through to clinical procurement contacts.
NPWT, Wound Care, Advanced Wound Care

* An experienced clinical professional (RGN, TVN - good broad wound care / wound management)
* Commercial Acumen - able to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
* While this is not a "hard sales" role the candidate should understand that this role is focused on clinical education and revenue generation through increasing use of products in accounts.
* Attention to detail, focused, able to work under pressure
