Our client, is a brilliant and market leading and dynamic software as a service based company who work with major FTSE business's, they are looking to appoint the key new role of Business Development Team Leader.

The focus for this internally focussed role is as follows:

* Achieve and exceed team quota target by proactively managing and developing the lead and sales cycle for the sale of SaaS products and services to prospects and existing customers
* Proactively develop internal relationships across the BD, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure the business can maximise opportunities and therefor productivity
* Lead, Coach and develop a talented team so that they are empowered and encouraged to be their best every day
* Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities internally and externally
* Coordinate communications and engagement with prospects and key accounts.
* Cascade reporting and success/pipelines to the wider business and senior stakeholders

You are going to be able to demonstrate with confidence and pride:

* Evidence of leading, coaching and developing best in class internal sales/telesales teams
* Your sector experience ideally with be in the SaaS or technology related sectors
* A clear and concise communicator with superb written skills, and who is experienced and articulating complex messaging and context to c- suite level customers
* The ability to engage and quickly establish strong and positive working relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
* Team player in everything you do
