For this Teaching Assistant - Primary you will be an imaginative and inventive graduate who has earned a second class degree or better and the ambition to teach. The school's perfect candidate is a graduate who can converse with both students and staff and quickly establish strong relationships. The Headteacher wants to recruit a graduate with a real desire to help pupils achieve and become role model qualities.

This Teaching Assistant - Primary role involves you moving throughout the Key Stage 2 phase, adding much needed support on an ad hoc basis. In this post you will be functioning and engaging with the Head of Department's positive mental attitude of an ethos. The majority of your time will be spent working with groups but you may be required to work 1:1 with students so good communication is essential, along with your enthusiasm and creativity.
