The client requires a Billing Manager based in Stoke on Trent.
Reporting into the Head of Back Office operations, the role will be ensuring that all Customer billing is carried out effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for up to five teams of approximately 60 FTE and responsible for Billing KPI'S.
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
-Proven experience of managing team leaders and large operational teams with multiple specialisms
-Computer literate, in particular MS Office and excellent organisation, time management, and prioritisation skills
-A good understanding of IS Change and Incident Management processes
