Job Description

As Contracts Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the profitable and timely delivery of projects, with the support of a Commercial team.

Responsibilities include:

* Programming of works.
* Managing the delivery team (Site Managers/Supervisors etc.) ensuring projects are running to programme and to budget.
* Sourcing and procurement of sub-contractors.
* Heading up client meetings.
* Implementing and managing Health & Safety plans.
* Overseeing multiple projects from inception to completion.
* Keep an up to date knowledge on all related legislation.
* Have a working knowledge of budgets and costing.
