A UPS Human Resources Administrator is responsible for various administrative tasks that occur within the Human Resources Department at our Tamworth site.
This is a varied, challenging and extremely busy role as there are many duties required. These duties can span from key entering and updating information in the HR database, filing and reference checking new employees, creating and updating reports and processing contract changes and termination paperwork.
- Dealing with employee queries in a professional and timely manner whether on the phone or face to face.
- Liaising effectively between various UPS Departments.
- Performing reference checks on new employees.
- Entering and updating information in the HR computer system.
- Dealing with confidential documents in adherence to Data Protection law.
- Producing reports using Excel.
- Meeting set targets on a daily basis.
- Responsible for any additional tasks given.
