My client is an innovative and trusted manufacturer and supplier of Medical Device Products to hospitals across the world.
Products include invasive surgical tools and procedure packs and over 1 million items are manufactured each year in the UK.
This role is accountable for the implementation, development and continual compliance of the Quality Management System throughout the company, to ensure the best possible products and services are provided to the customer. To provide effective communication on all Quality related issues within the Company. Provide Quality support for new and existing process development and validation within the Company.

Reviewing and improving Company Quality Processes
All the duties associated with ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO 13485
Implement and maintain the Quality Management System
Performing any recall operations
Overseeing the Customer Complaint handling process
Internal and External Audits
Act as first point of contact for quality activities across the manufacturing facility
