My client is an Ofsted rated 'Good' primary school, located to the south West of Birmingham. The school is a two form entry primary with its own nursery. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic Primary Teacher to work with a year 4 class. They would consider an experienced teacher or a strong NQT looking for their first challenge in a primary school. This position is a maternity cover and not a permanent position.

Being a relatively small school there is a feeling of togetherness throughout the school with senior leaders knowing all pupils personally. Joining their Year 4 class the recruited teacher/NQT will be working with roughly 29 pupils of mixed ability. The school have a creative/topic based approach to the curriculum and all teachers are expected to be enthusiastic about delivering their lessons in this manner.

If you're an NQT you will be assigned your own mentor responsible for your continued support, guidance and development as you take on the responsibility of your first full time class. The school are very focused on ensuring all teachers continue to develop and as such offer a fantastic CPD programme.

If you're a dedicated, motivated and professional Primary School Teacher and relish a challenge of working in this small school then please send in a copy of your CV to Patrick at Edustaff.
