Recruitment Partner opportunity working for a growing business in Warwickshire. Reporting into the Head of Resourcing you will work as part of a larger resourcing team where you will be the lead recruitment partner for two key areas of the business; alongside this you will lead multiple recruitment projects.
You will be responsible for end to end recruitment across a number of functional areas of the business. This role is a true end to end recruitment role, focused on talent acquisition aswell as recruitment project work in areas such as EVP, early careers and improving management's recruitment capability. The business is looking for someone with a creative mindset who can develop talent attraction strategies to bring in the very best talent to the business.
You will be able to demonstrate where you have built candidate networks and be able to clearly demonstrate where you have delivered against multiple assignments. Being a proven expert on all forms of social media applications, especially LinkedIn is a must. This is a true end to end talent acquisition role so you should be someone who has a passion for sourcing talent and building relationships across the sectors you operate within.
You will be someone who is a true relationship builder and networker. You will need these skills as it is critical that you are able to build relationships with the wider recruitment team, the business leadership team, marketing and communications.
