Are you looking to work standard offices 09.00am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday? Then this could be the position for you!!

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager for a well know company based in Coventry on a 12 months fixed term contract to cover for maternity leave.

This position will be starting in December with a 2 month handover.

Job Responsibilities,
You will be managing 7 team leader who have their own teams.
Contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of sales administration within contractual timescales.
Lead on the continuous improvement of the company service including updating and reviewing procedures and developing and enhancing the service in conjunction with the management team.
Project management on large scale projects including, costing, financial, finance management and delivery within timescales.
Lead on all statistical, performance and data management for the service to drive service improvement.
Producing management reports.
Attending weekly management meetings.
Building and maintain relationships with registered providers, developers, solicitors and mortgage advisors.
Oversee the management of complaints using the data to inform service improvements.

Skills & experience required,

Previous people management experience is essential.
Experience of leading large teams.
Advanced IT skills would be beneficial but not essential.
Experience of resolving high level complaints.
Experience of contract management.
Ability to manage projects from conception to delivery.
Excellent personal communication skills.
