Our client, an established medium sized multinational organisation are seeking a technically strong Finance Manager to join the team. Based in Warwick our client are a manufacturer and supplier of healthcare equipment who currently going through a period of growth. Reporting into the Finance Director the purpose of the role would be to assume full responsibility for managing a small team and to take overall control of the company's accounting function.

Responsibilities Include:

* Preparing timely and accurate management and statutory accounts and ad hoc reports for 3 separate legal entities.
* Ensuring balance sheet accounts are fully reconciled on a monthly basis
* Ensuring effective financial controls are in place and full compliance with SOX
* Completing tax and statutory returns.
* Leading a finance team of 2

The ideal Candidate would have the following:

* Qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA, Or Equivalent
* Up to date technical knowledge including IFRS and SOX
* Strong IT skills, extensive Excel knowledge
* Ability to grasp and analyse complex detail

Salary and Benefits: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 + 10% Bonus + Pension + Other
