I am currently recruiting on behalf of my prestigious client based in Rugby based close to the motorway networks and the town centre.
You would be working for an insurance and consultancy service promoting services to a number of clients on a regular basis.
The role will involve the following:
- Generating sales opportunities via leads and securing appointments for Area Managers to attend
- Working as part of a team to maximise sales opportunities and growth across the UK
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
- build and manage a strong pipeline
- Target driven and focused to achieve high standards
This would suit somebody with the following skills:
- previous experience within a recruitment, sales or telesales environment
- B2B experience would be desirable but not essential as full training would be provided
- able to work within a targeted driven environment
- prioritise work load
- good time management skills
- ability to work to deadlines
- possess excellent telephone etiquette
Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (flexible for the right candidate)
In return you will be rewarded with an annual salary of GBP18,000 with an additional bonus commission scheme on top
This role is initially a temporary role with the opportunity to be a permanent posistion following a successful 12 week probation period.
