Proud to be working with a successful local organisation, who over the last few years, have grown significantly. With sites throughout the UK, providing a specific services, my client, due to growth, is now looking to take on an Administrator who has previous experience in credit control and reconciliation.

About the Role
This is not your typical Finance Administrator/Credit Control role- It's a position that requires elements of credit control as well as administration, building report and lasting relationships with clients.
Duties will include but will not be limited too:

- Accounts Reconciliation
- Assisting the supervisor to compile system reports when needed
- Reduce ages debt
- Increase cash allocation
- Allocate large sums of cash to the right clients
- Pick at individual accounts when issues arise to identify the cause and find resolutions
- Data Analysis
- Monthly meetings with the MD to report on work load
- Checking client contracts as and when needed to cross reference information

What are we looking for?
In order to be considered for this role, you must have:

- Previous exposure to Accounts/ Bank Reconciliation
- Strong skills in the use of Excel
- Good communication skills with the
- Previous experience within health care or local authority would be advantageous
- Open to change and learning new skills
