Our client requires a fully trained and experienced Parts Advisor with warranty claims experience who are based on the Telford area of Shropshire.

Job Title and Location:

Parts Advisor / Warranty Administrator, Telford, Shropshire

Type of Role:

This is a full time permanent role

Salary and Benefits:

GBP20,000 basic plus benefits

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

-Assist on the Workshop Counter to supply parts to a team of Technicians
-Source products via distribution centres, suppliers & manufacturers
-Ensure all parts are logged in & out using the dealership computer system
-Deliver a professional & efficient to all customers & colleagues
-Input of warranty claims to the relevant manufacturer or warranty company
-Submit for payment on the relevant IT system
-Agree on amendments to rectify outstanding issues
-Monitor parts returns
-Assist with warranty audits

Skills and Experience Required:

It is essential that you have automotive experience in an Aftersales role with a good understanding of the parts and warranty administration and returns policy.

The ideal candidate will be very PC literate, able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and be very well organised in administration.

Recent or current experience in a parts advisor or warranty role and working within the framework of a franchise main dealer would be a distinct advantage
