Our client is a leading outsource office management company that due to significant growth are looking to recruit an experienced full-time Accounts Assistant to join their friendly and dynamic team.
Job Description

Specific responsibilities

Reporting to the Operations Manager, my client is looking to recruit an experienced accounts assistant to manage a key client account within the Care sector. Experience of working within an accounts environment in recruitment essential.

Double entry book keeping.

Maintaining up to date account notes and managing timesheets.

The role will involve working closely with our team to deliver high-quality services.

Adhoc duties as requested by Operations Manager.

Preparation of daily and periodic bank reconciliations

Balance sheet control reconciliations especially rebates received and receivable.

The Successful Applicant

This role will be best suited to an accounts payable / receivable assistant or bookkeeper from a recruitment company background and have extensive experience managing weekly and monthly time sheets. We are looking for someone available for an immediate start.

Strong current payroll knowledge, good bookkeeping experience and ability to prepare a set of accounts, so experience is essential.
Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail with an ability to work to tight deadlines.
Proactive, enthusiastic attitude and confident negotiation skills.
Ability to deal with clients and colleagues professionally.
IT literate (Word/Excel)
AAT or similar qualification (or by experience)
