Celesio UK, a pioneering provider of integrated healthcare services, have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Analyst to join our growing Inventory and Supply Chain division in Coventry. This established team are at the heart of the action, ensuring we have great product availability to make sure our customers get their healthcare needs met right first time.

Now is an exciting time to join our Inventory and Supply Chain division, as the Celesio business embarks on multiple transformational change projects to help shape our end-to-end supply chain offering into a market leading proposition.

As the Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer service and inventory management goals for a specific group of suppliers and their inventory. The successful applicant will act as the primary day to day supply chain support contact for key contracted suppliers, building and maintaining successful relationships with customers. A key element of this role will involve delivering agreed supplier specific processes to the required quality / frequency.

Principle Accountabilities:

Deliver AAH branch network product availability and customer order fulfilment targets.Manage on time in full supplier delivery performance,Deliver “inventory days” targets to ensure working capital goals are metOwn system configuration and parameter changes to achieve optimal performance from supply chain systemsCreate and analyse product/SKU demand profiles to understand areas of underperformance and opportunity to improve key measuresAct as the primary supply chain relationship owner for a specific group of contracted and non-contracted suppliers, providing day to day operational support and query resolution.Delivery of agreed supplier bespoke solutions / processesPerson:

§ Review and re-engineering of supply chain processes§ Demonstrates strong influencing, interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal and written)§ Strong analytical skills§ Strong numerical ability§ experience in building relationships with internal and external stakeholders§ Knowledge or exposure to forecasting and replenishment systems such as SAP, JDA, Retek would be highly beneficialWe are looking for colleagues who share our passion for innovation and caring for people, who can help us to shape the future of healthcare and meet the constantly changing needs of our customers.

Location: This role is based at our Support Centre in Coventry, Walsgrave Triangle, CV2 2TX. We are located just off junction 2 of the M6, easily accessible by car. If using public transport, we are 5.5 miles from Coventry train station, approx. 40 minutes by bus from the station.
