The UK’s leading distributor of electrical equipment to trade and industry, employing over 3,000 staff in 350 locations across in the UK, they specialise in providing innovative products and solutions to wide ranging clients.

As a Graduate on the Development Programme you will receive:

- £18,000-£23,000 basic salary

The successful candidate will undertake a variety of roles as they learn about the different functions within the business. Carefully segmented, your role will initially be internally based as you get to grips with the operations side of the company. You’ll then perform an external, client facing role. In liaising across internal departments, you’ll obtain a firm grasp of all business functions.

Once you have proven yourself with the requisite knowledge, you’ll progress to the point where you manage your own centre! Typically, should you flourish in the role, you can expect to attain this responsibility within 3-4 years. You’ll retain managerial oversight when it comes to resource, personnel and marketing amongst many other business areas. You’ll essentially run your own business! The successful candidate will be given the tools with which to progress rapidly with the company!
