Service Delivery Director
First and foremost we are looking for a great leader who can manage a programme of operational and cultural change that will enable the expansion and development of one of the UK's largest mobile service and repair organisations.
Productivity is low and metrics and reporting are poor. The control system that brings parts, engineers and domestic and commercial customers together is not used to drive productivity but simply to record what has happened.
There is also a strategic component to the role looking at how the service could be developed, perhaps providing consulting services to commercial clients and delivery and installation services for the retail clients.
Candidates from the automotive, construction equipment on site repair, Domestic appliance repair sectors etc are welcome. Ideally you will have some engineering experience but you must have experience of managing field based colleagues and teams in excess of 350.
