Ambitious council seeks experienced and innovative change manager to drive their integration of adult social care with health services.
Lord Search & Selection are working with an ambitious local authority who have successfully gained £7m in funding to deliver a whole-system change programme which will enhance and improve their integration of adult social care with health services.
An experienced and innovative change manager is now required to deliver this key programme, maximise our client's return on this investment, and improve outcomes for residents.
You will be a results-focused leader with a passion for transformation, who combines knowledge of change management and delivering system-wide projects with first-hand experience of the adult social care sector.
With continuously increasing demand for services, continually changing legislation, and a constant need to effectively integrate with partners, this is a great opportunity to deliver real change and drive the effectiveness and quality of services, whilst showing what can be achieved through IT and Digital Transformation.
