Clinical Lead required for a nursing home in Solihull, West Midlands, £17.00/hr, Days, 37.5 hours p/w

Job Setting
My client requires a dedicated Staff Nurse to work within a beautiful nursing home in Solihull, West Midlands. My client provides nursing services to the Elderly with Dementia. You will have excellent clinical skills and a naturally caring approach.

My client's home is fully CQC compliant and has recently been awarded an all good report. The home is a 131 bedded nursing home and the staff are expected to provide outstanding nursing services to their residents.

You will be directly involved with senior management and will be responsible for supervising staff and monitoring patient care. The successful Clinical Lead will have excellent clinical leadership skills. The role will offer Days, 37.5 hours per week.
My client offers ongoing training, and has excellent development opportunities for the right candidate.

Essential Requirements
  • Hold a nursing qualification
  • Have 6 months experience in a similar capacity
  • Be registered with the NMC
  • Be passionate about Dementia care
  • Have satisfactory references
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Management qualification desirable
