NJR are currently working with a market leading Wealth Management consultancy. Our Client has built up and maintained an excellent reputation within the market and now due to a result of their ongoing growth and success an excellent opportunity for a Financial Planning Administrator is available.

Working in the Birmingham offer and offering a first first-class client experience the successful candidate will be responsible for New Business processing in relation to all Products including Mortgages, Pensions & Investments. You will also ensure that suitability templates are up to date in line with changes in legislation/allowance. Whilst being the first point of contact for all clients, daily duties will be varied and include;


Report writing / preparing client financial planning reports and fund switch/review reports
Complete research including performance/charges information/illustrations
Complete relevant tax calculations i.e. CGT/IHT/Chargeable events
Due Diligence and Central Research records maintained for business and kept up to date
Some new business processing
Valuations issued to clients
Obtaining illustrations/research - using Exchange/Exweb, O&M
Client liaison by phone and some face to face
Preparing client files and reviews for advisers/appointments
Review preparations including valuation reports

The successful candidate will need to have previous experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator - with knowledge of Platform/Wrap use and back office systems. Those who are working towards the Diploma in Financial Planning or who has the desire to become qualified are of high interest.
