CAS Behavioural Health is one of the UK’s largest providers of specialist adult services in mental health rehabilitation and learning disabilities.

We are seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Birmingham City Centre, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.

The Opportunity

In this role you will provide administration support to the Head of People Strategy, Recruitment Manager and team of Recruiters. You will collate recruitment data, reporting information and assist with recruitment activities where required to ensure an effective and efficient recruitment service is delivered.

Other duties will include; processing payroll data and travel booking requests for the team, maintaining office attendance records, recruitment invoices and ordering office supplies.

Are you the candidate we are looking for?

The successful candidate will be an experienced Administrator who is highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

Experience of using spreadsheets and reporting information is essential along with attention to detail, excellent communication and organisational skills.

• £20,000 starting salary with the opportunity to progress to £22,000 following successful completion of 6 month probationary period
