Mortgage Customer Service Manager, Coventry - £25,977 to £30,000 + 20% shift allowance

This position has opened for a Mortgage Professional for a large financial services company in Coventry.

This is a great opportunity for someone in a Mortgage role to develop their career further.

As a Mortgage Customer Service Manager -

• You’ll lead your team to achieve their goals, quality and develop opportunities to increase business for the Society.
• You will work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure that all key service levels are achieved, ensuring that the coordinator teams are experts in their field, who are fully compliant and deliver an excellent service.
• You will also be accountable for ensuring that a professional, effective and personal service is provided to all mortgage customers.

To be considered for this position -

• You need to have experience working within a fast paced contact centre environment (preferably 2 years management experience within a Call Centre)
• You need to have a good knowledge of mortgage sales and application process, experience in a Mortgage position and ideally a management role within financial services.
• You will be CeMAP qualified or prepared to study and complete the this qualification within 12 months of appointment
• Have excellent planning and organisation skills
• The abaility to develop and coach your team to achieve excellent customer service standards whilst maintaining their compliance measures, personal goals and aspirations is essential whilst developing your own potential.
