HR Analyst for International Firm
A fantastic city centre law firm with a recognised international presence is looking for a knowledgeable and proactive individual for a fantastic HR opportunity. This role will require you to utilise existing experience whilst adapting to the businesses culture and a changing environment. This is a highly analytical role in which you will be required to assist with the transition of the businesses HR function. Your responsibilities will include:
Management of process mapping systems through in depth use of Visio
Development of process review workshops through liaison with Business Analyst as well as forging excellent relationships with key stakeholders
Creation of instruction text and documents, training, testing and quality control checks
Act as a professional point of contact for change processes as well as communicate updates, issues and risks to project leads
Maintenance of project specific documentation and systems
You must possess proven experience within a process mapping position within a shared service centre environment. This is a significant role in the transition of the firms HR processes and therefore you must be able to commit to the full 6 month duration of the position.
You must have experience in all of the above listed tasks.
