Customer Service Representative
Our client is a well-established market-leading global manufacturer of mobility aids with a range of technical products that offer both support and independence.
They are currently seeking a Customer Services Representative to provide front line telephone support to potential and existing customers as part of their Customer Support team based at their head office near Dudley (DY5).
Reporting to the Customer Support Team Leader you will answer customer enquiries, process orders, handle price queries and carry out general administration.
Candidates will have experience within customer services or administration, GCSE English and Mathematics together with excellent telephone manner.
Salary levels are £16,500 to start rising to £17,000 after three months - 37 hours 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
