Clinical Team Leader - RMN
Location: Coventry
Salary: £30K - £35K DOE
Contracted Hours: 38.5 per week

We are looking for an RMN Clinical Team Leader to work on the Adult services to manage the activities, fully supported by the Ward Manager. Your responsibility will to be make sure that everything runs smoothly and is fully compliant with the company's policies.

Time Healthcare are currently selecting for a Clinical Team leader to on behalf of an outstanding reputable mental health provider in the area of Coventry.The hospital provides an all-female specialist mental health service with 56 beds.

Services include a psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU), a highly specialised personality disorder service also catering for those with dual diagnosis disordered eating and a locked rehabilitation unit.

The Clinical Team Leader will be:
- Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership and management to the immediate clinical team members on a day to day basis
- Responsible for the delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met.
- Will need to manage the activities of the team, in partnership with, and support of the Senior Nurse, with close involvement in efficient and effective management of the ward and nursing practice.

The hospital has a fantastic local reputation and has been consistently compliant with a Good CQC.

The Clinical Team Leader we look for must have:

* One year's post qualification
* Excellent communication Skills
* Work well as a member and also lead a team
* Helpful to service users and colleagues
* Empathetic, able to see situations from the other person's perspective
* Respectful of service users, their friends and families, colleagues and the environment
* Honest, have a fair and consistent approach and act with integrity
* Some managerial experience would be preferred however it is not essential.
