A professional services company based in the city centre are currently seeking a Receptionist/Telephonist. This is a full-time, permanent position, paying £15,500 with excellent benefits!

This role is particularly fast-paced in an environment that is both challenging and high-pressured, where you must provide first class support at all times!

Responsibilities will include switchboard management, taking and transferring calls, taking messages, meeting and greeting all visitors, preparing conference rooms, organising refreshments, setting up video conferences, ordering couriers, as well as managing all general administration, such as scanning and faxing.

The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, switched-on and very pro-active! Previous reception experience within a high-pressured environment is essential. You must have a warm, delightful and professional telephone manner at all times.
