You'll work closely with the Senior Management team to provide full generalist support. This will include recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development and delivery of management strategies in support of the organisation's strategic aims of rapid growth.


Work in close partnership with Senior Management to prepare and implement HR strategy

Develop and maintain all HR policies

Support managers on all recruiting matters

Advise managers and provide guidance on HR policy and procedures

Monitor and develop performance appraisal systems with particular emphasis on leadership development

Gather and evaluate market data to measure the organisation's competitiveness for salary reviews, compensation and benefits packages

Monitor all employee records and provide regular reports to the Senior Management Team

Management of HR budget


CIPD qualified or equivalent

Proven success in leadership development and/or coaching

Proven HR generalist experience on both strategic and operational levels

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, including the ability to deal effectively with challenging individuals

Ability to embrace change in a fast-paced environment

Confident, highly disciplined and tenacious

Experience of recruitment and interviews at senior level

Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law

Previous experience in a manufacturing engineering environment is desirable but not essential
