Marketing Administrator (maternity cover)

Swindale Parks, based on the outskirts of Halesowen, is one of the UK’s leading independent recruitment agencies. We specialise in Sales & Marketing disciplines and our client portfolio consists of many household names.

Due to imminent 9 month’s maternity leave we require a talented & ambitious Marketing Administrator to undertake a wide range of duties to include, in no particular order:

Email Marketing - using Mail Chimp, to market our services to current, previous and potential clients, as well as candidates, on both a monthly basis and ad-hoc as required

Database Management - using our in-house CRM system to report on marketing campaigns, and also general upkeep of the database

Social Networking - full responsibility for the Swindale Parks’ LinkedIn and Twitter pages

Content Marketing - writing copy for e-shots, social media posts and 'Team Talk’ articles to be published on our website

Lead Generation - using job boards and social media to unearth possible leads for our team of consultants, and making first contact

CV Preparation - involving formatting, proof-reading and editing

General Admin Duties - including answering the telephone, meeting and greeting visitors, filing, ordering stationery, and of course, making the occasional round of refreshments!

Full training & support will be provided as and when required.

To apply for this role you will have an excellent understanding of Marketing as a lead generation tool and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Ideally you will also have experience of using Mail Chimp or a similar email marketing tool. Furthermore you will have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal), impeccable manners and a wicked sense of humour, able to multitask and work well under pressure as this can be a fast-paced environment at the drop of a hat.

Consideration will be given to both recent graduates and seasoned professionals alike.

You should live within comfortable commuting distance of our offices - we have ample on-site car parking, are a brisk 15 minute walk from Old Hill Train Station, and are on a number of bus routes.

To apply for this role please send your CV to Carl Booth via this job-site.
