Contact Centre Representative / Customer Service Advisor

Our client has exciting opportunities for customer-focused individuals to join their newly established team in Solihull and help to support their customers' needs and requirements. You will ensure the allocation and provision of rental vehicles and maintain relevant documentation.
The team is responsible for fulfilling their customer needs in respect of the timely allocation and provision of appropriate, clean and compliant rental vehicles together with supporting vehicle documentation, thereby enabling their customers to minimise their fleet downtime due to lack of vehicle availability.
Joining the Front Office Team, you will provide support for all in-bound telephone and email customer general queries. You will capture and record all the necessary information to complete the booking, checking and allocating and reserving rental vehicles as per the customer's requirements. You will respond to all queries within our agreed SLAs and complete courtesy calls to the customer base, identifying any areas of improvements that our client can action.
You will be educated to GCSE or equivalent as a minimum and demonstrate good IT knowledge. You will have a personable and professional telephone manner and will be accustomed to clarifying details to gain necessary information. They are looking for candidates who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and who constantly deliver a high standard of customer service. Although not essential, it would be advantageous if you have experience of working in the rental industry.
