SF Group are currently recruiting for temporary Technical Support Vacancies paying between £23,000 - £27,000 per annum for a leading product lead business based in Warwick. If you have a proven track record in Technical Customer Service within a product lead business do not hesitate in applying.

Mission Function: To provide excellent service levels to customers requiring technical support, from before sales advice on product selection, standards, design and installation to after sales support including complaint handling. To give technical support to the sales team as required. Accountability: Offering day to day running of the technical support activities. Contacts: The position requires contacts with internal/external customers, group and UK quality & UK product management.Responsibility:

- Give correct advise relating to the company's products either by telephone, or in writing, as and when required
- Provide detailed support on all aspects of the companies product lines (including Ceramics and CCP)
- Provide general support on all aspects of the piping systems product lines
- Support the sales force and marketing department on technical related issues
- Ensure all data added to departmental databases is accurate
- Interpret customer requirements and provide the appropriate action
- Undertake WC pan testing when required in accordance with WRAS guidelines
- Assist the coordination of all services and products in conjunction with training activities at Warwick

Experience in customer service and being part of the supply chain.
