Senior Buyer - Group Services
An opportunity for a procurement professional with experience of managing in-direct spend has arisen at one of the fastest growing businesses in the East Midlands.
Based at the head office in Derby the Senior Buyer will be reporting into the Head of Procurement, you will have full autonomy to manage spend on consumables and services required by the business to operate.
As Senior Buyer, you will manage all suppliers including fleet, telecoms, packaging, insurance etc. Ensuring service delivery against cost and managing all contracts to minimise risk and ensure value against total cost acquisition.
You will also source and select new providers to the business and you will also lead in the roll out internally of these agreement with relevant stakeholders, working in partnership to meet their needs.
For consideration you will be a strong communicator, being able to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels. You will be analytical, having the ability to process large amounts of data, you will be commercially astute with proven negotiating skills and cost saving achievements in your career.
For consideration you will have gained your experience preferably within a multi-site environment and be CIPS qualified to at least level 4
