Job Purpose:

To provide support to Project Managers and help co-ordinate scoping of projects and delivery against plans. In doing so the role will involve liaison with stakeholders both internally and externally.
Main Responsibilities:

Process Management

* Act as a central point of contact for the co-ordination of work requests
* Responsible for directing the team through close project control
* Responsible for updating and maintaining central work logs for the team
* Collation of documentation relating to project delivery
* Reporting and tracking on project status


* Maintenance of the overall delivery plan
* Collation of resource allocation, holiday information for maintaining forward schedule of resources.
* Responsible for planning internal and external team events to achieve project milestones


* Production of status documentation for project tracking
* Milestone reporting and management of co-ordinating input from key managers
* Report consolidation and MI (Management Information) pack preparation for internal and external senior meetings

* Ability to support a project team through strong planning skills
* Confident in communication with internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent verbal and written English skills
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and 'can do' approach
* A commitment to effective team working
* Experience in a fast pacedenvironment
* Excellent co-ordination, organisation and written skills
* Excellent reporting capabilities in MS Office programmes including MS Project
* Ability to prioritise your own workload and deliver to agreed deadlines
