Salary: Band C, £19,615 - £22,782 per annum

Basis: Full Time 37 Hours
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
Type: Permanent

Our client is one of the largest and most successful housing groups in the Midlands providing around 30,000 homes with a turnover of £140 million per year. They want everything they do to help achieve their vision of 'Creating places where people are proud to live and work' and to put their customers and employees at the very heart of this delivery.

They are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Estate Services Officer to work alongside the Neighbourhood teams to monitor closely the performance of the landscape and tree contracts to maintain the overall appearance and general conditions of their estates.

The successful candidate will have experience of working for a housing service provider in a role involving regular interaction with the public, and the ability to demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service in all activities. In addition, you will have the ability to undertake Estate inspections, identifying problems and solutions.

For this role you will need to be a competent IT user and have a full UK driving licence. Their ideal candidate will embrace the need for and adapt positively to change, and be resilient to challenges, obstacles and handling conflict.

As part of the role you will work closely with the Neighbourhood and Property Services teams. You will be responsible for identifying general security issues and recommending improvements to create safer environments creating places where people are proud to live.
