This long established Dealer Group is looking to recruit a Warranty Administrator with a proven track record of successfully dealing with warranty claims within the automotive industry to join their team based in Coventry. The right individual must have solid knowledge of car components and/or automotive administration to be considered for this role. The key objectives of the role are: - To ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis, and also monitoring daily and weekly warranty reports - To cost and invoice all warranty jobs - To ensure recalls are administered - To ensure warranty debt is controlled and claims paid in a timely manner - You will be a highly organised individual with a good understanding of warranty process claims and mechanical theory /knowledge, along with strong administration skills and attention to detail. You will need the ability to work individually as well as in a team. Excellent rates of pay depending on experience. A full clean, UK Driving License is required for this role.
