About the role

Based in our offices in Warwick we are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide a first class service to clients both internally and externally to ensure retention of both new and existing accounts. The team sit with other first line and second line support squads, so there is plenty to learn! If you're thinking about starting a career in IT, software, financial services then this is just the ticket!

· Providing excellent client service and support

· Assisting with the training of new members of staff and with ongoing training for existing staff members

· Identifying trends in client queries which can be used to provide feedback to the Development process

· Capturing feedback from client contacts to provide evidence of where improvements are required as well as where praise is due.

· Achieving service level targets relating to calls and emails.

· Assisting the Support Management team and other members of the team where necessary

About you

Like the rest of the team, we're really looking for someone who's hungry for knowledge, a great listener and communicator. If you already have an interest or perhaps a qualification in either IT or financial services, then we would love to hear from you!
