Guest Service Manager, Hammersmith

My client has an opportunity for a Guest Service Manager (GSM) to join the team based in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary.

They have a reputation for excellence in their field and are the UK's biggest franchisee of the Holiday Inn Express brand with properties in Scotland, England and Wales.

Being a Guest Service Manager (GSM) means taking responsibility for delivering a fantastic experience for every guest at their hotel. It means communicating effectively and leading the team, being willing to get stuck in and presenting a professional and friendly face for the hotel. Their Guest Service Managers are required to work shifts and flexibility is essential to work weekends and Bank Holidays.

Their Guest Service Manager role:

As a GSM you may be the first person a guest encounters at their hotel so you'll need to be friendly, professional and confident. You'll be the person a guest or colleague turns to if they have any concerns or complaints and you'll be empowered to make things right. You'll be involved in everything from serving at the bar, to preparing breakfast, to taking reservations, to ensuring our housekeeping and maintenance teams are aware of any issues, to delegating and monitoring tasks so you'll be willing and able to multi-task.
