Customer Care Manager
Cordant People are currently recruiting on behalf of a prestigious company within the automotive sector for a Customer Care Manager based in Coventry.
This position is based within a customer service centre, where the successful candidate will be providing support through taking calls from client's & customers, using live chat & liaising with client's & customers through email.
The successful candidate will hold call handling experience, will be able to effectively be able to deal with complaints & have a good understanding of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Desirably, you will also have experience using a live chat system or working on a service desk.
Full training will be provided therefore you do not need to have experience within the automotive industry, although this would also be desirable.
This position is available for an immediate start.
