Patient Administrator based in Warwick

This is a temporary on going position. You will be working 37.5hours per week.
The shifts will vary from 8am -4:30pm or 10:30am - 6pm
Please note this is a call centre based environment.
The Patient Administrator will be responsible for:
This roles requires no outbound sales calling and is very much calling existing customers to confirm dates that the customer has requested. There will be administration also involved within this role.
Arranging appointments for customers
Accurate data inputting or customer information
Collating information and entering on to excel spreadsheets
Keeping all appropriate documents correctly filed and up to date
Handling customer queries and issues regarding their order / account
General office administration duties
Faxing, filling and photocopying
General typing duties
Dealing with telephone calls
Scanning information and sending to other branches
The skills and experience required for the Patient Administrator:
- Previous administrative/customer service experience
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. E.g. Word, Excel
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent telephone manner
